Besides having the best job in the world I’m the mother of 2 boys and 2 girls, and the wife of an extremely supportive and helpful husband. He often comes to my sessions with me. He jokes around saying he is just there to carry the bags, but he does so much more.

I inherited my mother’s drive for perfection, and my father’s calm demeanor. I used to be the shy girl in the group, the one in the background observing everyone else. It makes sense that now I’m the photographer watching and waiting, but also gently directing the perfect moment to snap the shutter.  My favorite subjects are children of any age.  I grew up with 3 brothers and 2 sisters, earned all my money as a teenager by babysitting, and went on to teach Kindergarten. Now my own 4 keep me very busy, but when I do get some free time I love hanging out with my family in comfy jeans and flip flops, reading, being lazy, and going to the beach.
