New Adventures

A month or so ago I sent out a newsletter and asked if anyone was interested in me borrowing their children (with the parents present of course) to use as models.  It’s not that I don’t get enough experience photographing children, it’s just that my sister Michelle and I are working together on a new project.  We are so excited to get it up and running.  We are bouncing ideas off of each other, and right now experimenting on our own children.  We have 6 1/2 children just between the two of us so we have plenty to work with right now.  Her degree in graphic design is going to compliment my photography perfectly.  Thank you to all of you who responded and offered to let me use their beautiful children as models.  I’m sure I’ll be calling you soon.

I wanted to share one of my first sessions with you.  I love the bright colors, I just hope I didn’t go overboard with them.

    Dear Julie,
My name is Christa and I am a photography major attending BYU-Idaho and I saw some of your work and was so impressed! It’s exactly what I’m looking for; it just so happens that I’m trying to look for an internship and I was wondering if you were interested in having an intern this fall. If so, would you let me know? Thanks so much for your time.
